Why this is different
Most sales intelligence scores accounts you already put on a list. Kairos finds the companies you didn't know to watch: businesses where a funding round, a leadership change, a hiring surge or a compliance move has just opened a buying window for your offering. You receive ready opportunities, each with a named person to contact and a reason to call now.
Who the pilot is for
B2B sales teams whose average deal is $40,000 or more. At that size, a purchase is planned: the company sets aside budget, names an owner and compares a few suppliers before it signs. A supplier that reaches the right person while that plan is still forming has a better chance to shape it than one that arrives once a shortlist exists. Kairos looks for the event that starts the plan. And one deal of that size is worth more than the US$7,500 founding price to own Kairos, so a few well-timed conversations count for more than a long list of cold accounts.
Three pilot clients per market. No more.
A market is one of our twenty verticals in one region. Kairos accepts a maximum of three pilot clients per market, so the signals you receive aren't being handed to every competitor in your space. Once a market is full, new applicants join the waitlist. Pilots are currently open for United States markets.
What the pilot includes (30 days, no cost)
- 4 runs across the 30 days, at least 7 days apart
- Up to 15 qualified opportunities per run
- Full access to your Kairos dashboard
Four bars every opportunity clears
Kairos includes an opportunity only when it clears these four bars:
- A named contact. A real person to reach, not just a company.
- Cited evidence. The source of the event, linked, so you can see it for yourself.
- A reason to call. Why this company is a buyer for your offering, right now.
- Inside the estimated window. The event is recent, and its estimated buying window has not closed when the report is delivered.
Where the intelligence comes from
Public sources, company announcements and verified reporting, combined with Kairos's own proprietary detection and interpretation layer, built in-house.
What we ask in return
- A 30-minute results review at day 30
- Permission to publish an anonymised case study if the pilot works for you. Your company is never named.
