Kairos monitors over 40 public signal sources including LinkedIn executive activity, job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company careers pages), Crunchbase and Dealroom for funding events, SEC and Companies House filings, conference speaker lists and session topics, earnings call transcripts, press release databases, regulatory publication feeds, and technology adoption databases. All sources are public — Kairos does not access any proprietary, non-public, or personal data.

How does Kairos ensure signal accuracy?

Every signal in a Kairos report is tied to a specific, verifiable triggering event with a source URL and date. Signals are cross-referenced across multiple sources before inclusion. Each target is also assigned an urgency score (1–10) that reflects signal recency, strength, and alignment with the client's ICP. Kairos does not include targets below a minimum threshold score to maintain report quality.

What does a complete outreach kit include?

Each target in a Kairos report includes three outreach assets: a personalized email sequence (opening line, value proposition, specific signal reference, and CTA), a LinkedIn connection message and follow-up, and a discovery call script with expected objections and recommended responses. All assets are written around the specific triggering event for that target, making them highly relevant and contextual rather than generic.

Can Kairos monitor specific verticals or geographies?

Yes. Every Kairos run is configured around the client's ICP, which can include specific verticals, company revenue ranges, geographies, technology stacks (for technology-specific signals), and deal size ranges. Kairos operates globally — current active monitoring covers North America, Western Europe, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE.

What if a target in the report is already in my CRM?

Send us a suppression list before each run and we will exclude any companies already in your pipeline. This is part of the standard ICP alignment call.

How long does a run take?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from ICP confirmation to report delivery. Rush delivery is available for Command plan subscribers.

What format is the report delivered in?

PDF report with structured sections for each target, plus a companion CSV with all contacts and outreach copy for easy import into your CRM or sequencing tool.

What happens if we are unhappy with the first report?
